Hotel Bar of the Year
This category is open to bars within hotels across Victoria.
Previous winners for this category are The Waiting Room - Crown Towers Melbourne, Wine Bar – RACV City Club, M Bar – Melbourne Marriott Hotel and Granite Bar – The Trawool Estate.
Judges will be assessing the following criteria:
- Bar ambience and facilities
- Staff
- Beverages
- Environmental sustainability
- Overall experience

Judging will take place via anonymous site inspection, Sunday – Friday. Written submissions are not required and will not be considered during the judging process.
Hotels nominating in this category will be invoiced to reimburse two beverages.

Hotels can only nominate in one accommodation specific category (e.g. Luxury Accommodation Hotel of the Year) per venue.
Cost: $160 + Reimbursement to cover the cost of anonymous property judging.

Cost: $160 + Reimbursement to cover the cost of anonymous property judging.
