Judging Process:
Depending on the category, awards are judged by anonymous property visit, assessment of a written submission, or Zoom interview.
Following the awards ceremony on Thursday 18 August, each category entrant will receive feedback on how their property performed relative to winning hotels and individuals.
All judging is completed by a third-party anonymous assessment organisation that is completely independent of TAA (Vic)/AA.
Accommodation Awards: Anonymous property visit to occur Monday -Thursday.
Food and Beverage, Club Lounge and Spa Awards: Anonymous property visit to occur Monday -Thursday.
Hotel Achievement Awards: Assessment of written submission.
Employee Awards: Review of the employee’s résumé, coupled with a Zoom interview.
*Revenue Management Employee of the Year category is judged via written submission*

Hotels can only nominate in one accommodation specific category (e.g. Deluxe Accommodation Hotel of the Year) per venue.
Cost: Reimbursement to cover the actual cost of anonymous property judging.

Hotels can nominate in more than one category.
