Criteria for entry: : To qualify for this category, the property should be an upscale hotel in Victoria and offer a beautiful, unique design coupled with intimate and personal service. Nominees in this category should display larger-scale boutique-style charm and have a range of facilities which are deemed to be above average. JUDGING: Anonymous site inspection, Monday – Thursday.
Written submissions are not required and will not be considered during the judging process.

*Hotels nominating in this category will be invoiced to reimburse one night's accommodation - standard room, parking, breakfast, one drink and a room service option.*
Judges will be assessing the following points:
- Valet parking service
- General criteria - signage, cleanliness, décor, design, lighting, atmosphere, security and safety.
- Reception
- Dedicated concierge
- Hotel facilities
- Guest room
- Turn down service
- Hotel bar
- Breakfast
